Move all furniture and items off the floor so it is ready for when we arrive.

We can help to move items that one person could be expected to move such as furniture with wheels, light furniture, tables and chairs, however our insurance covers our restoration services, we will not be liable for any damage caused to furniture or property you request our technicians to move.

Our grout services include scrubbing your grout with our professional equipment and tools to restore it back to it’s best possible condition. In small areas where we can’t use our machines, the job will be done manually.

We recommend that you measure each area separately. The simplest way to measure is by multiplying the width by the length. For example, a room that is 12 feet long and 10 feet wide is 12×10 = 120 square feet in total.

Our tile restoration service includes the cleaning of your stone floors, by employing state of the art equipment and our expertise knowledge. Your tiles will be brought back to their best possible condition, with our restoration and the use of our best products and expertise of our technicians.

The process of stripping a floor is to ensure that all necessary old and worn sealer is removed; once removed your tiles can be cleaned and resealed.

If you want your tiles to look their very best you need to have a professional remove as much of the previous sealer as possible. Stripping and Sealing tiles is simply the process of stripping the previous coating off the tiles before resealing it. Tiles can look dull and lifeless over time, making it look older and really bringing down the feel of the home floor. By stripping and resealing, we can bring back the beautiful appearance of your floor and eliminate the cost of laying new flooring.

Floors can damage easily if not sealed, any oil or harsh spills can damage the tiles and penetrate the pores leaving a permanent stain, unreachable by domestic cleaning methods. We strongly recommend sealing your tiles to keep their natural look and feel, this will protect them against permanent staining and to prevent any future accidental damage. They will look their very best for longer and will be easier and more convenient to maintain.

We prefer to use non-solvent based stripping and sealing products. These products are not messy and won’t damage your tiles. Current non-solvent based strippers and techniques are more than adequate and will not damage your home.

Yes we can. Efflorescence is a build up of salts and can be removed with efflorescence removers and other specialized cleaning techniques we are trained in. Efflorescence is typically caused by leakage through damaged grout lines or behind the tiles. The efflorescence can be removed but it is important the cause of the efflorescence is found and resolved.
