These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any related services we provide, including tile and grout cleaning, sealing, polishing, restoration, and any associated products or promotional offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or scheduling a Service, you (“you” or “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to schedule or pay for Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Service Quotes & Pricing
- Estimates. Online or phone quotes are non‑binding estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after an in‑person assessment of the work area, square footage, condition, and materials.
- Taxes and Fees. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable taxes, disposal fees, or parking charges.
- Promotions. Promotional offers cannot be combined and are valid only for the dates and conditions stated.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Confirmation. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a written or email confirmation from us.
- Access. Customer must provide safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations / Rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 20% of the quoted price.
- Delays. While we strive to arrive on time, circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, prior job delays) may shift your window. We will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Preparation. Clear the work area of furniture, rugs, and personal items prior to Service. Fragile or valuable items should be moved by the Customer.
- Utilities. Ensure running water, electricity, and adequate lighting are available.
- Pets & Children. Keep pets and children away from work areas for their safety and ours.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Payment Due. Payment is due in full upon completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Methods. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and approved digital wallets.
- Late Payments. Balances outstanding more than 10 days accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum allowed by law.
- Chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited. You agree to first attempt to resolve any billing disputes with us directly.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re‑Service
If you are not satisfied with the results, notify us in writing within 48 hours. This guarantee does not cover pre‑existing damage, permanent stains, or issues outside reasonable industry standards.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Tile Cleaners, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tile Cleaners and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is owned by Tile Cleaners or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual‑property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
11. User‑Submitted Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that User Content in any media. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to such User Content.
12. Third‑Party Links
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and linking does not constitute endorsement.
13. Privacy

Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek interim or preliminary injunctive relief in court.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tile Cleaners regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
